Beautiful and light apartment near Warschauer Strasse, with high ceilings and wooden floor. Small balcony on the street side, kitchen with a bright seating area. Includes all the amenities a modern human needs: bath, washing machine, dishwasher, bike racks, plants, books, TV, sound system and a 2 person bed. Layout has changed since taking the pictures - second room is just as large but not pictured. The turquoise wall has been painted since taking the picture, it is now coral pink/red.
There are things like bedding, pillows, towels etc. for you to use.
I love living here because of the space and the light. One of the walls is raw concrete, and it looks pretty fancy in a strange way. Its available during our travels, for a trustworthy person or couple.
Amazingly central location if you like to be in the happening areas, 5 minutes from S-bahn Warschauer Strasse. Loads of cafés and restaurants nearby The street is a relatively quiet side street with less traffic than neighbouring streets. Easy access to the Spree and nature towards the Southeast.
Neighbours are super respectful and nice, never any trouble.
I will leave many of my belongings in the apartment. You can use many things, so you wouldn't to need to bring anything yourself.
I would like to sublet it to someone who takes care of it while I'm travelling. Would be great if you'd be okay with keeping me updated if any mail arrives, and care for the plants. We can discuss details in person.
