This 70sqm 'Altbau' apartment in north of Friedrichshain was just newly renovated (finished this month) and furnished with high quality electronic devices such as gas stove, oven, washing machine, fridge and dish washer. Also the furniture (couch, dining table, big king size bed) are very good quality and brand new.
The flat is in the 3rd floor of a beautiful Altbau facing the inside of the building. Its very quiet and has beautiful plants on the wall covering the entire outside of the house.
The flat has two rooms, one big room (living room) and a smaller room (bedroom). It is most suitable for a couple I believe. Definitely nothing for a shared flat (WG).
The monthly rent is WARM (no additional costs) 1.600 EUR including everything even internet.
The apartment is available from 10th of October until the end of the year. But there is an option to extend this to a longterm rent. Unfortunately, I can't guarantee anything here yet.
Since it is brand new, its not fully decorated yet, so please don't expect too much here please ;)
