Subletting my beautiful space, fully furnished from August 22nd to September 15th. The flat includes a large living room including work area with desk and one bedroom facing South (plenty of light, as it is located on the fourth floor). The flat is at the back of a patio (Hinterhof), so it's quiet as well. The kitchen is cozy and has everything you'll need. Bathroom with shower cabin.
Looking for someone who is mature, responsible and clean to look after my lovely home as if it were their own, as well as after my dear plants.

Non smokers. No parties. No pets. Only ONE person. Thanks for your understanding.

Great location close to Volkspark Friedrichshain, 10 min by tram from Wahrschauerstr. and the center of Prenzlauerberg as well as to Alexanderplatz. 10 min walk from Ring station Langsbergerallee. Plenty of cafes, organic stores and supermarkets around. Very relaxed and laidback area away from the party zone.
