Das Schlafzimmer hat gemütliche 9 m² - ein 1,40er Bett und ein großer Schrank finden dort Platz. Es hat ein Fenster zum Innenhof, wodurch es recht leise ist. 9 m² klingt natürlich nicht gerade riesig….
... deshalb kannst du es dir auch im Wohnzimmer gemütlich machen. Hier steht ein großer Esstisch und eine gemütliche Couch.
Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine echt coole und große Küche mit einem kleinen Esstisch.
Das Bad wurde erst kürzlich neu gemacht, hat eine ebenerdige Dusche und ein großes Fenster.

The bedroom has a cozy 9 m² - a 1,40m bed and a big wardrobe find their place there. It has a window to the inner courtyard, which makes it quite quiet. 9 m² doesn't sound huge, of course....
... that's why you will have plenty of space in the living room There is a big dining table and a comfortable couch here.
The apartment also has a really cool and big kitchen with a small dining table.
The bathroom was recently redone, has a ground level shower and a big window.
Sehr gute Anbindung zum S+U Gesundbrunnen (4-5 min Fußweg). Alternativ S Bornholmer Str. (10 min Fußweg).
Im Gesundbrunnencenter (5 min Fußweg) findest du zudem alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, unter anderem einen Rewe und einen Aldi.

At Gesundbrunnencenter you have plenty of shopping opportunities and also a Rewe and Aldi.
