We are searching for s.o. who will rent our flat from mid March till mid June 2017. About the area: the flat lies in the heart of Kreuberg/Graefekiez; there are many bars, restaurants, clubs, cinemas; good transport connection (Schönleinstrasse, Südstern, Herrmannplatz U8 and U 7); many shopping facilities (such as Netto, Biocompany, div. markets, Karstadt); close to park Hasenheide, Tempelhofer Feld and to the Kreuzberg canal, vicinity to the quarters Mitte, Friedrichshain and Neukölln.
The apartment is located in a beautiful "Berliner Altbau" from 1890 with wooden floors and lies behind two courtyards, so that it does not face the street. We have a beautiful and quite big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view on a green meadow. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. You will find all necessary equipment in the kitchen. There is one additional (third) small room, in which we will store our stuff. There is wifi-internet, a washing machine and a dish washer.
We sublet kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. There is one very small third room, which we will use to store our stuff.
The area of Kreuzberg is known for its lively, colorful and multicultural neighborhood. Right on Graefestrasse you will find lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, markets (Turkish market and artists market) and more. The Kreuzberg canal and the park Hasenhede - both in proximity - offer a great opportunity for sports, strolling or just relaxing.
There are three underground stations (Südstern, Schönleinstrasse, Hermannplatz U8 and U 7) which can be reached by foot within ca. 7 minutes. There is also a bus station (M41) which directly goes to the main station and which is right around the corner. We also have a transferrable all-year transport ticket wich can be rented for the period of stay.
No smoking, no pets, no parties.
