Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung 1.Linie Tempelhofer Feld

Ich vermiete meine einzigartige Wohnung direkt am alten Tempelhofer Flughafen. Die Wohnung ist einmalig, da sie 1. Ausblick und einen Balkon ins Grüne hat, da sie 1. Reihe zum Tempelhofer Feld ist, 2. superruhig ist, da nur eine kleine Einbahnstrasse vor der Tür ist, 3.die Nachbarn sehr nett und tolerant sind, 4. U8 leinestrasse und sämtliche Busse direkt vor der Tür sind, 5. Man in 2 Minuten in Kreuzberg, in 2 Minuten in Tempelhof, in 5 Minuten in Schöneberg in 15 Min in Mitte mit dem Fahrrad ist, 6. Die Wohnung eine superenergie hat, da wir sehr viel Arbeit und Liebe investiert haben /. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art um die Ecke etc etc

Das tollste ist, dass die Wohnung zum park mit dem Balkon Westen hin zeigt und man jeden tag einen unglaublich tollen sonnenuntergang hat, wie am meer...speziell im winter ist das wunderschön und unbezahlbar! ausserdem hat man die Morgensonne in der Küche und im Bad was auch wunderschön ist!

Also, die Sache ist, wir lieben die Wohnung sehr und hätten gerne jmd der sie auch sehr liebt und schätzt. Der Parkettboden und die Küche ist neu und wir würden gerne den guten Zustand eine Weile erhalten.
Die Wohnung ist Wg-geeignet, ein Zimmer hat ein total geiles Designer- Hochbett, das ander den Balkonzugang. Das Bad ist in sehr gutem Zustand mit Wanne und Waschmaschine und Handtuchtrockner.
Die Miete ist etwas höher, da wir Ökostrom (Greenpeace) und Gas benutzen und die Nk dadurch doch recht teurer sind als normal, aber das ist es uns wert und ich würde mir jmd wünschen, dem es das auch wert ist! Internet ist natürlich inklusive!
Für jeden städtischen Naturliebhaber und Sportler ist die Wohnung ein Geschenk, da man eine Katzensprung vom Tempelhofer park entfernt ist, aber doch wirklich zentral lebt.Ausserdem sind eine Menge Szene- cafes im Schillerkiez und es ist sehr viel los...also für jeden Geschmack was dabei;)

Da ich für Länger ins Ausland gehe wäre es toll wen ihr auch praktisch begabt seid, dass, falls bei der Wohnung etwas kaputt geht (es ist Altbau) ihr auch fähig wärt zu handeln;) Am besten wäre es, wenn ihr eine Haftpflichtversicherung habt.
2 Fahrräder wären auch dabei unter der Vorraussetzung, dass ihr sie im gleichen Zustand zurückgebt
na gut...so viel für den Anfang...ruft einfach an oder schreibt ne email.
Ach ja, mit den Vermietungsdaten bin ich flexibel, mindestens jedoch für 10 Monate...gerne auch länger

Hi there!

I am renting my beautiful flat with views to the Tempelhofer Parque!
It is very quiet as and green and the balkony directly looks at the parque.
I am looking for somebody who would take care of the apartment as if it were his as we have invested a lot of work and energie in it and i would like to maintain the beautiful state its in.
As I will go travelling i would need somebody who can also take a hand on sth if something brakes as it is a old- construction house and you never know ( normally u should be fine).
Supermarkets of all kinds are around the corner and the U8 Leinestrasse is just a few meters away.
By bicycle u can be in 2mins in kreuzberg, in 2 mins in tempelhof, in 15mins at potsdamer platz and in 10mins in schöneberg.
If you love Nature the apartment is perfect as u literally just jump out of the house into the parque to hang out or do sports...its great. also there are so many cool cafes and bars in the area that u will never get bored!
the additional costs of the flat are quite high because we have greenpeace contracted for the electricity and the gas and they are 100% eco- friendly and renewable energies.
We would like to have somebody who also appreciates that and takes care of the environment! Internet is included in the rent.
Tha flat is ideal for 1-2 people because it has 2 seperate rooms. one room has a designer-loft- bed and the other room has access to the balcony with views to the parque.the bathroom is very nice, has a bathtub, washing-machine, towel- dryer. the kitchen is new and all out of wood and has everything what u need.
It would be great if u have a third party risk insurance.

and the best is yet to come: as a part of the flat is facing east, in the morning u have the sun in the kitchen and in the bathroom. but the balkony is facing west at tempelhof and u have really beautiful sunsets every evning as if you were at the sea-shore!thats beautiful and unpayable!

The time of rent is flexible, minimum 10 months though, maximum is open....
i halso have 2 bicycles which i could give u if u take care of them and give them back in the same state they are in now;)
