My home is 47m2 big, very cosy, with 2 rooms, plus a kitchen + a bathroom. It is a beautiful Altbau flat, with nice wooden floor. It is located on the first floor in the back house, very quiet, with friendly and chilled neighbours around. I regularly sleep with my windows open in the summer. And I spend a lot of time working from home, so I make sure my home is tidy, welcoming and relaxing.


The rental dates are July 22nd to Sept 2nd 2024. Do reach out even if you want to move in a couple of days before or after that. We can probably work that out, too! The total rent for the month is 883€ (all included). In addition to that I would like to have a security deposit of 250€ which I will of course refund immediately after your stay, granted you leave the apartment in the clean and very good conditions you found it in upon your arrival.

The apartment is fully furnished with a double bed, a writing desk, a closet for cloths and lots of book shelfs in the bedroom, a sofa (also suitable for sleeping), a big wooden working table, lots of chairs and a soulful black piano + 2 guitars in the living room. And then of course a fully equipped kitchen (w. stove, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher etc.) and a bathroom (w. shower). The apartment was renovated in 2014 and is in very good conditions.
