Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants, Bäckereien und Cafés sind in der Nähe. Ein richtiges Kiezleben!
Der Görlitzer Park befindet sich am Ende der Straße - ideal zum Laufen - und die East Side Gallery ist gleich um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen Sofa, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer, eine schöne sonnige Küche und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Fenster.
Alle Räume sind komplett ausgestattet (Bett, Sofa, Tische, Küchenmöbel, Handtücher, Waschmaschine, WLAN).
Die Wohnung ist vom 1. Dezember bis zum 30. Mai 2024 verfügbar (vielleicht länger).

I am looking for a friendly and responsible person for my nice apartment at Schlesisches Tor from December 1st, 2024. (NO COUPLES/ROOMMATES)
Shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries and cafés are nearby. A real neighborhood life!
Görlitzer Park is at the end of the street - ideal for running - and the East Side Gallery is just around the corner.
The flat is cozy and fully furnished and has everything you need: a large living-room with a comfortable sofa, a furnished bedroom, a nice and sunny kitchen and a big bathroom with bathtub and window.
It is fully-equipped (bed, tables, kitchen furniture, towels, washing-machine, WIFI).
The apartment is available from December 1st to May 30th 2024 (maybe longer).
Important: the price includes the internet, electricity and heating flat rate (end of May comes the heating and electricity invoice, which means you get either some money back or you have to pay an additional payment).
