Meine Partnerin und ich sind zwischen den Jahren nicht in der Stadt und vermieten deshalb unsere Wohnung in Kreuzberg.
Die Wohnung ist 67 m2 groß und hat ein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und einen Balkon zur Südseite.
Der Vermieter weiß Bescheid und wir setzen auch einen richtigen Untermietvertrag auf.
Ein kürzerer Aufenthalt als angegeben ist auch möglich.
Du kannst gerne auf Deutsch und auf Englisch schreiben.

My partner and I are out of town between the years and are therefore renting out our flat in Kreuzberg.
The flat is 67 m2 and has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a south-facing balcony.
The landlord will be informed and we will also draft a proper subletting agreement.
