Hey there, from January 5th to January 31st, 2025, I am subletting my beautiful and very bright 2-room apartment in Kreuzberg. The apartment has a very nice wooden floor, a living room with a south-facing balcony, a quiet bedroom with a window to the inner courtyards and a comfortable queen size double bed (160cm), a kitchen with seating and a bathroom with a bathtub and an outside window. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.

The apartment is very centrally located in lovely Bergmannkiez. Here you will find everything you need and more, shops, restaurants, cafés, drugstores, a market hall and a flea market on Saturdays and Sundays just on the other side of the street. The area is very well connected, 3 minutes walk to Gneisenaustraße subway station (U7) and the bus around the corner goes to Südkreuz in 13 minutes and to Alexanderplatz in 15. By bike it is 5 minutes to Tempelhofer Feld, 7 minutes to Hermannplatz/Neukölln as well as to Hallesches Tor.
