Wir vermieten unsere circa 65 Quadratmeter große, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung vom 18.März bis 16.April und freuen uns auf jemanden, der es sich hier für eine Weile gemütlich machen möchte. Der Preis von 1250 Euro enthält alle Kosten. (+Kaution 1000 Euro.).

Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer. Ein großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer und ein ruhiges Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof liegend. Zudem eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Esstisch. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Es gibt schnelles WLAN. Die Wohnung ist optimal geeignet für eine Person oder ein Paar.

Die Wohnung ist eine Nicht-Raucher Wohnung.

Wir haben einigen Pflanzen, die allerdings nicht oft gegossen werden müssen.

The apartment has two rooms. A large cozy living room and a quiet bedroom facing the courtyard. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a dining table. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. There is fast WLAN. The apartment is ideal for one person or a couple.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

We have some plants, but they do not need to be watered often.
