We are renting out our beautiful Altbau flat for 2,5 months while we’re traveling.
Is has two rooms but it’s not very suitable for a shared flat – better suited for a couple or one single person.
It has everything you need: a big bed, a lot of desks to work at during home office, very fast internet, a balcony with a cozy bed, washing machine, dishwasher and you can use everything we got here.
It is located in the 4th floor and has windows to the north (bedroom, living room) and to the south (kitchen, bathroom) so you always have a lot of daylight during the different times of the day in this flat.
Since we have a lot of plants it would be important for us to find someone who is good at taking care of plants and not letting them die while we’re away. To make sure you've read that part please mention the word „greenling“ in your text :)
The bus stop is right in front of the house. Like litterally right in front of it. So always best chances to catch it. :)
Next S-Bahn station is Treptower Park, next U-Bahn station is Hermannplatz
The flat is located in the beautiful Kungerkiez, which is super charming, cozy and has a lot of lovely neighbors, shops, art, cafes etc but it’s not very crowded.
If you need a little walk, the canal is just 5min by foot away, also Maybachufer with their fleamarket.
There are two supermarkets right around the corner by foot (Edeka and Netto)
