I'm subletting my lovely apartment for a timeframe of two months as I will be traveling. I'm looking for someone responsible and appreciative of the interior, and who has also a good hand with plants.
The apartment is located right at Paul-Lincke-Ufer in a stucco-decorated Wilhelminian style 'Altbau' building from 1890.

• white fitted kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine

• large bedroom with 1,80 x 2,00 m bed and big working table

Located directly on Paul-Lincke-Ufer by the water, you are just steps away from the vibrant pulse of Kreuzberg and Neukölln, with a variety of bars, restaurants and cultural things to do.
La Maison or Five Elephant for breakfast or coffee are both just a stone's throw away. Delicious pizza with a beer garden atmosphere is available at Zola and you can get your nightcap at Wowsville (with a record shop next door).
In terms of transport, you are connected by the Glogauer Str. bus stop with the bus M29 (3min walking), which takes you across the city and the U1/3 Görlitzer train station (15min) or U8 Schönleinstr. or Kottbusser Tor (20min). You can reach the main station in around 30 minutes and BER airport (by car) in around 20 minutes.

A dog has been in the apartment from time to time in case you are super allergic.
