📋 move in and move out dates are negociable. Anmeldung is not possible.

💰 1300 per month, water, electricity and wifi are all included, furniture, bedding and kitchenware are complete, ready to move in. It can accommodate 1 to 2 people. There is also a 1.8m sofa bed in the living room.

✈️ To come to my flat from Berlin Airport, you can take a bus to U7. After exiting the station, you can walk for 3 minutes to arrive. The whole journey takes about 30 to 40 minutes.
