Meine wohnung ist vom ca. 20. 03 bis 05. 05 zur Untermiete frei und ich suche eine nette person die gerne für den zeitraum einziehen mag.
Das datum ist super flexibel und miete würde ich dementsprechend anpassen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. stock im hinterhaus und ist daher ziemlich ruhig (für die lage) und bekommt auch viel sonne ab.
Es ist alles da was man so braucht plus eine Waschmaschine in der küche.

Subletting my apartment between 20. 03 - 05. 05. dates are flexible & so is the price.
Apartment is in the backhouse on the 4th floor so its really quiet for the area and gets a lot of sun.
It‘s fully furnished and there is everything you would need available
Lage ist super zentral direkt am kanal. Der bus hält quasi direkt vor der tür und die nächste U-bahn ist ca 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. 4 verschiedene Supermärkte und alles andere was man so braucht sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem sind unendlich viele Cafés, Restaurants oder Vintage läden direkt in der straße.

Super central near the canal in Kreuzberg. Multiple BUS/U-bahn and even S-bahn are all around the area. Also tons of restaurants & cafes, grocery stores and anything else are directly on the street and in the area.
Mir ist nur wichtig die wohnung wieder sauber zurück zu bekommen, über alles andre lässt sich reden :)
