Hello! I'm subletting my bright flat form 30.04.2025 to 14.05.2025. It’s super close to Markthalle 9, as well as some lovely parks, cafes and restaurants. The flat is super quiet.

It has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room with a work space if needed, and a bathroom. The rent is 600€ including all bills. Feel free to message me for more details.

Hallo! Ich vermiete meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung vom 30.04.2025 bis zum 14.05.2025. Die Wohnung liegt in der Naehe der Markthalle 9, schoenen Parks, Cafes und Restaurants. Sie ist super ruhig. Es ist alles soweit vorhanden (vollausgestatte Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz, Schlafzimmer, Bad). Die Miete betraegt 600€ mit allen Kosten. Bei Fragen einfach schreiben :)

Location

It's a 5min walk to the U3/U1 Goerlitzer Bahnhof and 15 min walk to Ostbahnhof, so everywhere is within easy reach. Grocery shops are close, too.

Die Wohnung ist super angebunden, 5min zu Fuß von der U Goerlitzer Bahnhof und 15min zu Fuß vom Ostbahnhof. Supermärkte gibt es auch in der Nähe.
