Hi,
da ich im Sommer für zwei Monate unterwegs bin, vermiete ich nun mein Zimmer für diese Zeit unter.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 21m² groß, ist sehr hell und hat Zugang zu unserer Terasse, auf der es tagsüber reichlich Sonne gibt.
Im Zimmer selbst stehen einige Schränke, mein Bett (200x140cm), Sofa, Schreibtisch und eine Werkbank.
In unserer WG wohnen insgesamt vier Leute, wir haben zwei Bäder, wovon eines eine Badewanne hat und eine große Küche.
ENGLISH:
since I'll be gone in summer for two months, I'm subletting my room for that time (august 1st until october 1st).
The room has got about 21m², is very bright and has got an access to our terrace, which is very sunny during the daytime.
The room has got a bed, a few shelves, a workbench, a sofa and a writing desk.
There's 4 of us living here and we've got two bathrooms of which one has got a bathtub and we've got a big kitchen which has got a window towards our terrace.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Kottbusser Tor, d.h. zur U8 und U1 brauchst du nicht mal eine Minute.
Desweiteren ist die unmittelbare Umgebung bestens ausgestattet mit Supermärkten (Lidl, Kaisers, etc), Märkten (Maybachufer), Geschäften (Oranienstrasse).
Weggehen kannst man hier auch prima, es gibt viele Bars und eigentlich ist immer was los hier.

The apartment is directly next to the U-Bahn stop Kottbusser Tor, so you're right next to the U1 and the U8.
In the surroundings are a lot of supermarkets and there's several markets for groceries and flee markets.
It's a great area to go out, since there's many bars in walking distance.
