Lovely Flat in Kreuzberg rent for 3 weeks

We're offering up our flat in the wonderful Kreuzberg for 27 days in summer. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom which would also be appropriate for kids.

Bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped. U Bahnhof Gneisenaustr is right around the corner, as are busses.

The flat has been lovingly built up over the years, with plenty of home made furniture and art works. We are living together as four adults and one child, yet each bedroom has a double bed, so potentially 7 people could live here. However - there is only one bathroom!

Die Wohnung über die Jahre mit viel Krempel aber auch schönen Dingen von uns bearbeitet worden. Es ist ein echtes Zuhause würde ich sagen. Wir wohnen hier zu 5. aber es könnten theoretisch 8 Leute hier schlafen. sind allerdings 3 Doppelbetten! Und es gibt nur 1 Bad..

Our flat is kitted out with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a bathtub/shower, a home cinema, a large fridge and freezer and all the usual bedroom furniture.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the flat, and neither are loud and wild parties due to our quiet-loving neighbours... sorry!

Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt: Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine, natürlich Kühlschrank, Herd, Kochsachen etc. im Bad ist eine Badewanne. Es gibt einen Beamer den man benutzen kann (laptop anschließen) aber kein TV.

Nicht rauchen, nicht Party machen is klar..

We won't be in Berlin at any time while you're here, so for safety reasons we will be taking a deposit and copies of passports. This will be returned when we are back in Berlin.

Ideally we would like to meet you personally beforehand so we can show you the flat, tell you which bars and restaurants to try out nearby and what else you mustn't miss while you're here in Berlin.

Wir sind die ganzen Zeit über ausgeflogen. Das wir werden die ganze Wohnung in eure Hände legen. Deshalb nehmen wir eine Kaution (nach Absprache) und Kopie vom Perso.

Am besten wäre es wir könnten uns vorher treffen und euch alles zeigen!
