Beautifully furnished 4-room flat to let NOV/DEC in the heart of Kreuzberg - Paul-Lincke-Ufer
From 1.November til December 20th we would like to sublet out our 95 qm flat in Berlin Kreuzberg. 3 private rooms and one big living room/kitchen. 2 single beds and two double beds are available.
We rent for days, weeks or the complete period of time. our flat is on the ground floor and has access to our private garden. we also have a crib ready to use if needed. wheelchair access.
If you are interested we would consider renting out during christmas and new years as well

Vom 1.November bis zum 20. Dezember möchten wir gerne unsere 95 qm Wohnung in Berlin Kreuzberg untervermieten.
Wir haben 3 einzelne Zimmer und eine große Wohnküche/Wohnzimmer. Zum Schlafen stehen 2 Einzelbetten und 2 Doppelbetten zur Verfügung. Bei Bedarf gibt es auch ein Babybett. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und hat direkten Zugang zu unserem privaten Garten. Behindertengerecht.
Bei Interesse würden wir die Wohnung eventuell auch noch über Weihnachten vermieten.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage im Hinterhof am Paul-Lincke-Ufer.26. Direkt vor der Nase ist der Landwehrkanal an dem man spazieren gehen kann. Jeden Dienstag und Freitag findet am Maybachufer direkt gegenüber der Wochenmarkt statt und ums Eck findet man die Supermärkte: Penny, Lidl und Aldi. Zur U8 läuft man 8 Minuten und zur U1 10 Minuten. Busse fahren auch in der Nähe ab. Jeden zweiten Sonntag findet am Maybachufer auch ein Flohmarkt statt. Die Wohnung ist für Rollstuhlfahrer super geeignet.
