Bright 2 room-flat in trendy Kreuzberg with balcony Sept 2024-sept2025 or longer

Hi,

In 2025 I will rent a two-room bright apartment in Kreuzberg in Bergmannkiez from 01.09.2025 for a year long. Eventually for a second year too.

It is furnished and the kitchen has the necessary equipment, dishwasher, big fridge, oven, pans, kettle, dishes, toaster, etc.
The balcony is perfect for sunny breakfasts.
The bathroom has been luxury renovated and has a washing machine
The second room is the one next to the kitchen with the orange table (see photo). There is space to place a sofa if you prefer a different setting.

The heating costs depend on the consume (there is a fixed advanced monthly payment depending on the year before) Internet and water are also included in the rent.

It is situated in a very nice and lively area (U7-bahn station Gneisenaustrasse, U6 Mehringdamm). Next to the Landwehr canal and two parks. The big windows lead to the Zossener strasse. The area is full of restaurants, bars and shops and is very lively and safe.

You can write to me to confirm that you are interested with your email, telephone number, complete name and from when to when you are ideally interested to rent. A visit will take place and the contract and 1 set of key exchange can be made already then. I ask for a 2 months deposit.
