Die Wohnung ist ganz möbliert. Sie besteht um 1 durchgang Wohnzimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer, eine nette Küche und eine großes Badezimmer.
Wegen Durchgang Zimmer, sie ist nicht für WG geeignet.
Es ist sehr hell. Die Sonne scheint morgens in der Küche und Badezimmer und nachmittags im Salon und Schlafzimmer (wenn sie scheint !),
Das Haus ist noch nicht renoviert und man heizt noch mit Ofenheizung.
Die Waschmachine kann auch die Wäsche trocknen.
Es gibt ein Mikrowelle Ofen

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Adalbertstrasse in Kottbussertor. Das Viertel ist sehr lebendig. Supermärkte, Spàtis, Restauranten und Bars findet man in der Strasse. Büsse und UBahn sind auch unweit. Die Lage ist ideale da man mit Bus und UBahn sehr einfach Sùd/Nord oder öst/west schnell fahren.
THe flat is in Adalbertstraße directly at Kottbussertor. Many restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the neighborood. The place is perkect for busses and subways..
Ich suche nette ruhige Leute, die in ein Zuhause für eine Paar Monate brauchen.
