This is a perfect place for one person or a couple
The apartment has two rooms, it's oriented to the southeast so it has a lot of light. There's one sleeping room, a bathroom and a big living room with kitchen included. All was freshly renewed in 2017 (floors, walls, electric system, bath, kitchen) with the best quality materials (marble kitchen board, first brand home appliances (Siemens, Bosch, AEG). Minimalist danish style furniture.
I have everything you need to function and feel like a Berliner from the first day :)
Unfortunately you will not be allowed to through parties, but a bit of loud music during day time should not be a problem for the neighbours. It's an old building so it has thick walls.

Paul-Linke-Ufer corner with Glogauer Str. It is the perfect place to be, surrounded by cool bars and restaurants. It is close to the hotspots but still quiet to have walks along the canal.
You have two bus stops around with a high frecuency (M29, 171, 194, and M41), two U-Bahn (Metro) stations at walking distance, Görlitzer bahnhof (U1) and Schönlein str. (U8).
