1 x Bathroom with walk-in shower and cozy floor heating
The apartment is located on Urbanstrasse / Gräfekiez, very close to U Schönleinstr. and Hasenheide between endless restaurants, cafés and bars in the Kreuzkölln area.
Comes fully equipped incl. high speed wifi internet, wireless hifi music (AirPlay), washing machine, dish washer, towels, cutlery etc... Everything you need to feel at home.

Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche, grüne, ruhige, voll ausgestattete 3 Zimmer Wohnung im Gräfekiez vom 1. bis 21. März, während wir im Urlaub sind.
Es gibt das Haupt Schlafzimmer mit großem 160x200cm Doppelbett, und ein Gästezimmer mit 140x200cm Hochbett.

Gräfekiez is one of the most authentic and popular "Kiez" areas in Berlin. There are tons of great restaurants, brunch spots, cafés, and bars.
Hasenheide park is only 3 minutes away, the canal at Maybach/Paul-Linke-Ufer 8 minutes.
Well connected with public transport (U7 / U8).
