1. You’ll need to take care of my green babies! More plants, more oxygen in the flat, and smarter you’ll be. Logic.
2. I ask for 1 month of deposit. We’ll sign a sublet contract to be square. No Anmelung. The deposit plus the first month should be paid in advance. ⚠️
3. The bedroom, in the courtyard, is very quiet and faces an office, so nobody’s here at night.
