I'm going away from the 18th till the 22nd of April so I'm subletting my flat for this period.
Perfect for one person or a couple, the flat is located in lively Kreuzberg - Schlesisches Tor.
It is close to every facilities (public transport, shops, groceries...), just a few meters away from gorlitzer park, the famous oberbaumbrucke and the east side gallery etc.. and loads of nice bars, clubs and restaurant.
The apartment is at the 5th floor with nice exposure and is fully furnished (sofa, queen size bed, kitchen, bathroom with bathtube, washing machine...).
The price of 70€ per night covers everything including the internet connection, gas and electricity.
No party, no smoking, common respectful attitude please :)
