2 Room Apartment_Great location & connections

Hello beautiful people,

I’ll sublet my flat from January 19th initially until end of April. Maybe I'll extend it for another month or two. It depends on my travel plans. Move in/move out date is flexible. But of course it'd be better if someone wants it for this whole period.

Suitable for a couple or a single person. This is the total monthly rent for a single person though. I’ll just add a little bit more if you’re a couple because of the expensive cost of energy.

It's only 3 minutes walk to Lichtenberg Sbahn/Ubahn. So, the location couldn't be any better. Supermarkets, restaurants and everything that you need is super close. Price includes heating, water, electricity as well as internet and it comes fully furnished, including kitchen appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery etc.) and towels/bed sheets. It’s a cozy and quiet 2-room apartment with a bed for two people. On 3rd floor of a 3-storey building. You can also use the monitor, keyboard and stuff I have if you want to work from home. Just bring you suitcase.

My home is my sweet and cozy sanctuary and I'm looking for a tidy and respectful person who will take good care of it while I'm absent. Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible.
