We are subletting our apartment for almost the entire month of March. It has a great layout, a spacious balcony facing the courtyard, a built-in kitchen, a storage room, a bright bathroom with natural light, and a bathtub.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in Lichtenberg, 10 Gehminuten zur S+U Frankfurter Allee. Sie ist super ruhig gelegen, es gibt praktisch keinen Verkehrslärm. Trotzdem gibt es Supermärkte, Spätis, Imbisse und Restaurants/Cafés im Radius von 5 Gehminuten.

The apartment is on the first floor of a multi-family building in Lichtenberg, just a 10-minute walk from S+U Frankfurter Allee. It is very quiet, with virtually no traffic noise. Despite this, supermarkets, late-night shops, snack bars, and restaurants/cafés are all within a 5-minute walking radius.
Da wir beide vegan sind, möchten wir die Wohnung gerne nur an vegan lebende Menschen untervermieten, da es sich um eine möblierte Wohnung (inkl. Küchenutensilien) handelt.
