It has large bedrooms, the flat has a nice working kitchen, bathroom with a bath/shower, living area with cable TV, wireless internet.
The available bedroom is spacious, clean and has double glasing windows ensuring both warmth and plenty of natural light.
We have our individual cellar storeroom downstairs with enough space for many bikes, or for additional storage you may require!
It is easy to find the apartment. If coming from Mitte then catch the M5 direction Zingster strasse.
Werneuchener Str is 50m from a direct tram line to Alexanderplatz (m5=18mins)
It is 8 mins to the Ringbahn (Landsberger Alle)
We have a launderette, places to eat, bakery, supermarkets, hairdresser, coffee shop, florist, bank with ATM and a tram line to town all within 100m of our apartment. It is also 2 mins trip from the sportforum offering a variety of sports facilities. We are 5 mins from a park and lake making it a ideal location. Having everything available local is highly convient but the M5 tram (which runs every 5-10 mins) means the city centre is only a short journey too.
I am a non smoking male, relaxed and easy going, i am currently working part time as a school teacher and studying for university. I am looking for a male housemate, preferable non smoker.
