Beautiful and quiet flat for up to 5 people in Berlin Lichterfelde, with south-facing terrace and direct access to the large private garden (with playground, swings, table tennis, barbecue, sandpit, ...) and direct access to the public transport (bus stop "Goerzallee/Drakestr" is in front of the house) Supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, dm and organic market, Biomarkt) around the corner. In a few minutes you are at the Teltowkanal with lots of space for walking in the greenery, various playgrounds, etc.
At the same time it takes about half an hour to get to the city center via public transport (Friedrichstr).

A private parking lot is available in the underground parking. And we will leave a bike for you.

A fast internet connection (50 mbit) for home office etc is available, as well as 4 desks. There is a home cinema in the living room, e-drums and an electric piano are to your disposal as well. In the apartment are 2 comfortable loft-beds with duvets (1 ++king-sized 250*200, 1 queen-sized 160*200). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need.

The flat has 90 square meters:
- a large eat-in kitchen (fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combi, ...)
- a north-facing room for sleeping/work/music/kids (loft bed 250*200 cm for up to 4, 2 desks, electric drums and electric piano, ...)
- a south facing room for living/work/sleeping (loft bed 160*200 cm, home cinema, 1 desk and one big table, access to the terrace and the garden, ...)
- corridor for storage/work (with plenty of storage space, 1 desk, ...)

We are a family of four and have been living in our apartment for 23 years now. The neighborhood is very lovely and we appreciate the community feeling in the house. We will spend December 15 to April 30 in the south and would be happy if our flat will be a temporary home for you!

We will clear out the cupboards and shelves according to your needs.

In the last years, different types of tenants had stayed in our flat: a single woman, a family of five, a couple with two dogs, two girls, ... So far, everybody was delighted and would recommend living in our apartment.
