Sie ist durch die Lage im Hinterhof sehr ruhig gelegen. Zugleich findest du draußen einen belebten Kiez mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Rosenthaler Platz.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer mit hohen Decken, und ist ca. 45m2 groß. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche und ein angrenzendes Schlafzimmer. Das Highlight ist der Balkon auf dem entspannt zu dritt Essen kann. Seitlich vom Balkon aus hat man auch einen angenehmen Blick.
Die Miete beträgt pro Monat 1050 Euro inklusive Nebenkosten.

I'm offering to sublease my bright apartment in a very central district of Berlin. It has a spacious living room and a neighboring sleeping room. The highlight is the lovely balcony within a quiet Hinterhof. The apartment is in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. You can bike to the Brandenburger Tor in less than 15min.
The rent is 1050 Euros per month (including utilities).
