Hey, I'm renting out my apartment in the months of August, September, and October.
The apartment is located in a lovely old-world building with original mouldings from 1903 and in the quiet garden house on the 3rd floor.
There’s a bedroom, an open kitchen with a dining room and reading nook, a balcony, a modern bathroom including a rainshower, and all utilities like washing machine, dryer, a dishwasher, big tv, fast internet, etc.
I usually work from home, so wifi is fast.
My home is my pride and joy, with antique elements meeting modern art and technology. I select whatever comes into this place very carefully. To me it is a little jewel box in this wild city.
Should the time you need the apartment vary a little from the times I am looking for, let's talk about it.
I'm living close to S-Bellevue, which is one of Berlins prettiest areas. This used to be the richest area of town, which is why it was the first to be bombed. Now you find here a super refreshing mix of "real Berliners", some Altbau, some newer buildings and all in all a very good non touristy mix.
It's quiet and safe at night and you’re only one station away from Berlin Central station, which is super convenient.
With 2 stations of U9 (Hansaplatz, Turmstraße), S-trains S3, S5, S7, S9 and a variety of busses and trams right in front of the house, you are literally in the middle of the city and can get anywhere easily, — even at night.

I would love it, if I found somebody who really appreciates a finely selected place and can take care of it. My balcony flowers are in full bloom, so would be very much appreciated, if you could water and enjoy them.
No animals are allowed.
