Wir bieten unsere geräumige und möblierte 2.5 Zimmerwohnung in Mitte ab August 2024 zur Untermiete an.
Die Altbauwohnung hat 93 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche, befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss und hat einen schönen Südbalkon der zum Entspannen einlädt und vom geräumigen Wohnzimmer zu erreichen ist. Es gibt ein Wannenbad mit zusätzlicher Duschkabine, sowie eine vorhandene Einbauküche. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Boxspring Doppelbett und optional für Familien mit einem Kleinkind ein umzäuntes Kinderbett.

Die Lage ist top. Man ist von hier superschnell zu Fuß in den Hotspots am Rosenthaler Platz, Hackescher Markt, Oderberger Str., Eberswalder Str., oder Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. Rewe, Lidl, Penny und Denn’s Supermärkte sind fussläufig erreichbar. Zur U-Bahn Station Bernauer Str. sind es zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten. Der nahe Mauerpark bietet sich zum Joggen, Grillen oder sonstigen Aktivitäten an und es gibt um die Ecke den Arkonaplatz mit Wochen- sowie Flohmarkt.
Die Rheinsberger Str. ist eine ruhige Seitenstraße von der Brunnenstraße.

We are offering our spacious 2.5 room apartment in Mitte from August 2024.
The „Altbau“ Apartment has 93 squaremeters, is on the second floor and has a nice balcony towards the south which is accessible from the big living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a bathtub and an extra shower cabin.
In the bedroom you have a big double bed (Kingsize) and optional for families with a small child, a secure child bed.

The location is really exceptional. The Berlin hotspots of Rosenthaler Platz, Hackescher Markt, Eberswalder Str. or Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz are all reachable by foot. The U8 and M10 stations are just 3 minutes away and you have the Mauerpark very close, where you can go jogging, do barbecues/picnics, or just hang out on the weekends. Around the corner there is the cozy Arkonaplatz which offers a weekly food market and a fleamarket on Sundays.
Furthermore you have supermarkets like Rewe, Lidl, Penny and Denn‘s all in walking distance.
