Sanctuary in the heart of the city

Ab dem 2. Oktober 2024 (bis zum 14. November) möchten wir unser Apartment untervermieten, da wir vorübergehend im Ausland sind. Der Zeitraum beträgt 6 Wochen.

Der Preis liegt bei 980 Euro inklusive aller Kosten wie Strom, Wasser, Heizung etc. pro Monat.
Die Lage ist eine der besten Berlins... zwischen der Spree und dem Friedrichstadtpalast mit Blick auf den Fluss. Der Bahnhof Friedrichstraße mit den besten Verkehrsverbindungen der Stadt ist 3 min. entfernt.

Unser Zuhause ist unser Zufluchtsort mitten im Herzen der Stadt. Hier können wir uns von unserem Alltag als Nachrichtenreporter und Fotografen erholen und sind gleichzeitig mitten im Zentrum des Geschehens. Wir lieben den kreativen Touch in unserer Wohnung. Die vielen Pflanzen verleihen ihr ein harmonisches Gefühl. An den Wänden hängen Kunstfotografien, jede Menge Kunstbände und sogar ein E-Piano (mit dem man nachts spielen kann). Und das Beste ist, dass wir eine Hängematte neben dem Fenster haben, von der aus man auf den Fluss schauen kann, der durch die Stadt fließt.

Unsere Wohnung ist super zentral an der Spree gelegen: die Museumsinsel, das Brandenburger Tor und der Reichstag sowie das gesamte Regierungsviertel sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Perfekt für Abendspaziergänge, Joggen am Fluss und alle Arten von Sightseeing. In der Nähe gibt es auch viele Restaurants, Supermärkte und Drogerien. Für frische Brötchen am Morgen bietet sich der Bio-Supermarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite an.
In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befinden sich viele Theater und Konzerthäuser der Stadt, wie z.B. das Variété-Theater Friedrichstadt-Palast gleich nebenan.
Der Bahnhof Friedrichstraße ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt und verbindet Sie mit ganz Berlin und seinem Umland. Der Flughafen, die Badeseen und sogar die Schlösser von Potsdam sind in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

We would like to sublet our apartment from October 2, 2024 (until November 14), as we are temporarily abroad. The period is 6 weeks.

The price is 980 euros including all costs such as electricity, water, heating etc. per month.
The location is one of the best in Berlin... between the Spree and the Friedrichstadtpalast with a view of the river. Friedrichstraße station with the best transportation links in the city is 3 min. away.
Our home is our sanctuary in the heart of the city. Here we can take a break from our daily routine as news reporters and photographers and at the same time be right in the center of the action. We love the creative touch in our apartment. The many plants give it a harmonious feel. There are art photographs on the walls, lots of art books and even an electric piano (which you can play at night). And the best thing is that we have a hammock next to the window, from which you can look out over the river that flows through the city.

Our apartment is super centrally located on the Spree: Museum Island, the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag as well as the entire government district are just a few minutes' walk away. Perfect for evening walks, jogging along the river and all kinds of sightseeing. There are also many restaurants, supermarkets and drugstores nearby. For fresh bread rolls in the morning, there is an organic supermarket across the street.
Many of the city's theaters and concert halls are in the immediate vicinity, such as the Friedrichstadt-Palast variety theater right next door.
The Friedrichstraße train station is only 3 minutes away and connects you with the whole of Berlin and the surrounding area. The airport, bathing lakes and even the castles of Potsdam can be reached in about 30 minutes.
