Plant-filled, bright and cosy flat in the heart of Mitte

I’m subletting my beautiful, fully furnished apartment while I’m away from Berlin. This is a truly special home, and everyone who has stayed here has said it exceeded their expectations and made them feel incredibly comfortable.

The apartment is available from 20th December to at least 15th February, with the option to extend for an additional 2–4 weeks. It’s perfect for both living and working from home, and I’m looking for a responsible individual or couple who can also care for my plants, which add a warm, inviting touch to the space. Ideally, I’d prefer someone who can stay for the entire period.

About the apartment:
• 1-bedroom flat on the 4th floor at Rosenthaler Platz in Mitte.
• Quiet and central: The apartment overlooks a school, so you might hear children playing during the day, but it’s silent with the windows closed.
• Large bathroom with a relaxing bathtub.
• A desk for working, with additional workspace available in the kitchen – great for two people working simultaneously.
• Fast internet: DSL 100 Mbps with Telekom (one of the best providers in Germany).
• Speakers in every room, allowing you to enjoy music throughout the flat.
• A modern, fully equipped kitchen with extras like a water filter, milk frother, blender, pressure cooker, and more.
• Stylish mid-century vintage furniture and beautiful plants.
• Located in one of Berlin’s most vibrant neighborhoods, surrounded by markets, cafes, restaurants, and parks, all within walking distance.
• Fully equipped with essentials, including a dishwasher, washing machine, cleaning robot, and more.

Things to keep in mind:
• The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator – a great way to stay active!
• It’s best suited for an individual or a couple and isn’t ideal for groups or shared living.

The rent includes all costs, such as electricity, water, heating, internet, mandatory German media fees, and the fully furnished setup. It’s a fair price for everything provided. There’s a refundable deposit of €900, which will be returned immediately upon handover if there are no damages.
