The flat consists of two rooms: a bedroom furnished with a 140cm wide bed, closets, and a shelf. The other room is the living room furnished with a couch, TV, dining table and chairs. The bedroom and the living room are divided by a wide sliding door. The kitchen is built into the living room and also fully equipped with pots, pans, etc. There is no oven (only a stove top) but we were using a mini oven that can be bought. Finally there's a bathroom with a tub. A small closet space contains a washing machine as well. There is a small balcony (big enough for two people to sit on) and the flat has air conditioning!
The building has a doorman service and elevator, this flat is located on the 6th floor. There's both bike parking and a garage for cars available. It also comes with a small basement compartment for storing things.
This flat is located in a wonderful spot, it is right next to Mauerpark with the Sunday flea market right outside your door. There are also a ton of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. An Edeka and a bio store are less than 5 minutes away, though there's other options as well.
There's a tram station close by (M10), as well as the U8 and U2, so it is easy to get around.
The flat becomes available on February 1st. You will need all the regular paperwork (Schufa (solicitar ahora) , proof of income, proof of prior rent payments etc.) The decision who will get the flat is up to the landlord.

Note: there is a dishwasher but it's currently broken. It might or might not be fixed by the time you move in.
