Welcome to our cozy apartment, which we are offering for rent for two months!
Our apartment is perfect for a small family or couples. It has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a modern bathroom. A special highlight awaits you in the living room: a projector for the ultimate movie experience! Enjoy movie nights together or use it for presentations and entertainment. In the kitchen, there are numerous appliances at your disposal, including a hot air fryer, a water bubbler and a blender. Whether you are into culinary experiments or just want to prepare a quick meal, you are well equipped here. We as a family would like to enjoy two months (Sep and Oct) in Southern Europe and spend our parental leave there. Therefore, we are happy to rent our apartment to responsible and reliable tenants who will take care of our home during our stay.
Our apartment is ideally located, only about 10 minutes from the main train station and offers excellent public transportation connections. The surrounding area offers a variety of shopping options, so you will find everything you need for your stay. From fresh groceries to small stores and supermarkets, everything is within easy walking distance.
The apartment is furnished in a baby-friendly style. There is a changing table, baby bay, baby bath, baby toys and a high chair with baby seat. We are therefore particularly pleased to receive inquiries from young families.
