In der Wohnung gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 großes Wohnzimmer, 1 große Terasse, 1 Bad mit Badewanne und eine Küche. Die Küche teilt ihr mit unserer netten Mitbewohnerin. Unsere Mitbewohnerin nutzt einen eigenen Eingang und ein eigenes Bad. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock (ohne Aufzug!).
Wir suchen ruhige und zuverlässige Mieter*innen. Partys sind nicht möglich
Mietpreis für 5 Wochen 1.700 Euro + 500 Euro Kaution.

We are renting our apartment from January 14th to February 18th, 2025 (5 weeks). The apartment is very bright and quiet and also suitable for families.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room, 1 large terrace, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen. You will share the kitchen with our nice roommate. Our roommate has her own entrance and bathroom. The apartment is on the 5th floor (no elevator!).
We are looking for quiet and reliable tenants. Parties are not possible
Rental price for 5 weeks 2,000 euros + 500 euros deposit.
