The flat boasts:
1) a bedroom with a huge 160cm bed, and a selection of bed linens of scandinavian design,
2) a large and light-filled living room with high windows, plenty of plants, cozy sofa and a TV with Chromecast,
3) fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, dish washer, oven and stove, KitchenAid, espresso machine, Sodastream and cupboards full of equipment for cooking and especially baking.
4) Balcony to the street side (a bike street, very little traffic).
5) A compact bathroom with shower, tub and a washing machine.
6) The best pastime being so near the Landwehrkanal: 3-4 person rubber boat inclusive!

BRING YOUR SMALL CHILD? Baby crib/bed and a high chair available upon request.

All expenses (like Wifi & utilities) included in the total rent of 1.500EUR per month. Priority will be given for a tenant interested in the whole 5 months.
