A fully furnished, quiet, homely, and clean apartment for the summer. It has 2 besrooms and a very big kitchen.
Nearby are parks, cafés, supermarkets and actually anything you may need. The apartment itself is very quiet. Hermannstraße is just around the corner and Tempelhofer Feld is 15 minutes walk away.
Easy access to anywhere in Berlin.
I prefer a responsible tenant, clean and non smoker, who will return the apartment in the same condition he/she is going to receive it.

Eine vollständig möblierte, gemütliche, ruhige und saubere Wohnung für den Sommer. Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer und eine sehr große Wohnküche.
In der Nähe befinden sich Parks, Cafés, Supermärkte und eigentlich alles, was Sie brauchen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig. Die Hermannstraße ist gleich um die Ecke und das Tempelhofer Feld ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt.
Alle Teile Berlins sind leicht zu erreichen.
Ich bevorzuge einen verantwortungsbewussten Mieter, der sauber und Nichtraucher ist und die Wohnung in demselben Zustand zurückgibt, in dem er sie erhalten hat.
