Artist Friendly Apartment (with the possibility of Anmeldung)

Hi there,

We’re subletting our fully furnished apartment for long term starting November the 1st and it might just be the right spot for you. It's about 85 square meters, fully furnished, and has a genuinely homey feel to it. One of the rooms is a fully kitted out, acoustically treated music studio with a recording booth. If you’re into creating music or any sound-related work, this could be a sweet spot for you. Oh, and the studio gear? We can talk about renting that out for a small extra fee if you need it. If you don't work in music but of remote work this could be your home office.

Besides the indoor goodness, there’s a huge garden out back. It’s shared with other buildings around but it’s spacious, really like having a park at your doorstep. Great for outdoor breakfasts or summer picnics.

The final rent will be 1,800€, excluding bills.

Here's a simple breakdown:
- 1 Living Room
- 1 Bedroom
- 1 Music Studio (or home office for those who work from home)
- Kitchen and Bathroom

Location perks:
We're in the heart of Neukölln. Weserstraße, known for its bars and nightlife, is just around the corner. For day-to-day needs, there are plenty of supermarkets, kiosks, and some really good Arabic and Turkish bakeries nearby.

Transportation:
- Closest Metro: U7, a 7-minute walk.
- Buses to Treptower Park and Tempelhofer Feld (166 and M41,M43) are a mere 2-minute walk away.
- Bus M41, which will get you to Hermannplatz, Kreuzberg, Mitte, is 4 minutes away on foot.

A few heads-ups:
- The apartment is not available for immediate Anmeldung. However, a longer-term arrangement with Anmeldung is possible after a few months of test rental.
- Unfortunately, at the moment, we cannot allow dogs in the apartment due to allergies.
- No basement available
- After 9PM Music studio can only be used with headphones.
- We are looking for couples, not more than two friends wishing to live together, or a small family.
