wir vermieten unsere super schöne Wohnung in Neukölln in der Zeit vom 16.10. - 04.11.2024.
Die Wohnung:
* sehr gemütliche helle 3-Zimmerwohnung
* Park hinterm Haus; man hat ein bisschen das Gefühl im Wald zu wohnen :)
* ein Schlafzimmer, ein Zimmer mit Bett, ein Zimmer mit großer Couch
* ruhiges Schlafzimmer mit Blick ins Grüne
* Schreibtische in zwei Zimmern; Homeoffice ist gut möglich
* Badezimmer mit Badewanne
* gemütliche Küche mit sehr schönem Grünen Balkon
Die Lage:
* Die Wohung liegt sehr zentral.
* In wenigen Minuten ist der S- und U-Bahnhof Hermannstrasse erreicht.
* Es gibt ein Einkaufscenter (REWE, Netto, DM). Zudem gibt es verschiedene kleine andere Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Späties in der Nähe.
* Am Wochenende findet ein sehr netter kleiner Markt im Schillerkiez statt
* Das Tempelhofer Feld liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt
* Im Schillerkiez findet ihr Cafes, Restaurants, Bars
* Im Hinterhof liegt ein super schöner Park/ Friedhof mit kleinem Cafe
Wir lieben die Wohnung sehr und wünschen uns, dass sie liebevoll behandelt wird in unserer Abwesenheit. Die Wohnung ist eher etwas für ruhigere Menschen. Wir leben in einer sehr, sehr lieben und ruhigen Hausgemeinschaft. Parties können hier leider nicht gefeiert werden.

Dear ones,
we rent our super nice apartment in Neukölln in the period from 16.10. - 04.11.2024.
The apartment:
* very cozy bright 3-room apartment
* park behind the house; you have a bit of the feeling of living in the forest :)
* one bedroom, one room with bed, one room with large couch
* quiet bedroom with a view of the greenery
* Desks in two rooms; home office is easily possible
* bathroom with bathtub
* cozy kitchen with very nice green balcony
The location:
* The apartment is very centrally located.
* The Hermannstrasse S-Bahn and U-Bahn station can be reached in a few minutes.
* There is a shopping center (REWE, Netto, DM). There are also various other small grocery stores and Späties nearby.
* There is a very nice little market in Schillerkiez at the weekend
* Tempelhofer Feld is a 10-minute walk away
* In the Schillerkiez you will find cafes, restaurants, bars
* In the backyard is a super nice park/cemetery with a small cafe
We love the apartment very much and would like it to be treated lovingly in our absence. The apartment is more for quieter people. We live in a very, very nice and quiet house community. Unfortunately, parties cannot be celebrated here.
