I would like to sublet my apartment close to hermannplatz in neukölln for 6 month, starting from the 4th of november 2024 until the 7th of may 2025.
The apartment boasts a bright, open layout with lots of natural light thanks to its southern exposure. One distinctive feature of this apartment is its heating system. To keep warm, you'll have the experience of using a coal stove. This means occasionally venturing into the basement to pick up coal and tending to the stove.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a nice big gas stove, espresso machine, freezer, fridge, dish washer, washing machine and lots of other kitchen appliances!
Very well located close to the park Hasenheide and within walking distance to Maybachufer and Tempelhofer Feld. Public transport within a few steps from home just outside the door - U7 and U8 line and lots of buses. There are plenty of shopping options as well as loads of bars and restaurants around the corner.
The apartment is a nice fit for couples and individuals and offers a spare highbed for guests.
Swing by and have a look! I am looking forward to hand it over to somebody who appreciates the warm atmosphere of the apartment.
