wir fahren für eine paar Wochen in den Urlaub und wollen unsere möblierte Wohnung untervermieten.
Die Wohnung hat einen langen Flur, von welchem zwei Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad abgehen.
Zimmer 1: Wohnzimmer, etwa 23qm groß, Sofa, Beamer Esstisch und ein wirklich schöner Balkon.
Zimmer 2: Schlafzimmer, etwa 15qm groß, mit 2 Meter breitem Bett.
Küche: ist ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet mit Gas-Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Geschirr, Esstisch, Wasserkocher, usw...
Bad: mit Badewanne/Dusche, Waschmaschine,...

We are going on holidays for a few weeks and want to sublet our furnished flat.
The flat has a long hallway from which two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom lead off.
Room 1: Living room, about 23sqm, sofa, dining table and a really nice balcony.
Room 2: Bedroom, about 15sqm in size, with a 2-metre wide bed.
Kitchen: is also fully equipped with gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, dining table, kettle, etc...
Bathroom: with bath/shower, washing machine,...

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Nähe des Hermannplatzes. Von unserem Balkon aus kann man direkt auf den Park Hasenheide gucken. Ein schöner, entspannter Ausblick. Fußläufig ist der Hermannplatz innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Dort hast du alle erdenklichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Anschlüsse an Bus und Bahn.

The flat is located in a quiet side street near Hermannplatz/Neukölln. From our balcony you can look directly onto the Park "Hasenheide". A beautiful green and relaxing view. Hermannplatz can be reached on foot within 3 minutes. There you have all kinds of shopping possibilities and connections by bus and train.

Du kannst die Wohnung als Einzelperson oder zu zweit mieten. Du/ihr habt die Wohnung komplett für euch allein. Ein befreundetes Pärchen von uns wird einen zweiten Schlüssel haben, für den Fall, dass ihr euch ausgesperrt habt oder für sonstige Notfälle.
Du erhältst einen Untermietvertrag. Mit Erhalt des Vertrages wird die Kaution fällig. Kurz vor Einzug übergeben wir dir den Schlüssel und erhalten direkt im Gegenzug die Mietzahlung.
Schreib uns gern ein paar Worte über dich und falls Fragen aufgekommen sind, kannst du alles fragen! Am besten erreichst du uns direkt per Nachricht über WG-Gesucht. Gib uns auch gern Bescheid, wie wir dich am besten kontaktieren können.

You can rent the flat as a single person or as two people. You have the flat completely to yourselves. A befriend couple of us will have a second key in case you get locked out or in case of other emergencies.
You will receive a sublease contract. The deposit is due upon receipt of the contract. Shortly before you move in, we will hand over the keys to you and receive the rent payment directly in return.
