The apartment consists of a living room with a large balcony, a bedroom, a large bathroom, a kitchen, and a space that connects all the rooms. It overlooks the inner courtyard and gets lots of natural light as it is situated on the 4th and top floor. Note that there is no elevator. Wifi is provided. The apartment is currently semi-furnished as I have moved in very recently. The furniture and appliances that are present are a dining table and chairs, mattress, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kitchen counter, and an oven/stove combo. Basic cooking utensils are provided.
The apartment is situated on Donaustraße, a charming residential street with very little traffic. The bustling atmosphere of Sonnenallee, the plentiful shopping options of Karl-Marx Straße, or the hip bars and restaurants of Weserstraße are a few minutes' walk away. Tempelhofer Feld is also within walking distance. The U-Bahn stations Rathaus Neukölln and Hermannplatz are both nearby.
For a stay of 25 days or more, the total price is 1300€ (equivalent to 20 to 35 percent discount).
