Are you a SLINTA person looking for more than just a room? Join our WG and experience the warmth and vibrancy of a TINA (trans, inter, nonbinary, agender) community space for one month! The exact dates are flexible. We're offering a cozy space in Sonnenallee, near Rathaus Neukölln (U7), for 500€ rent (negotiable) + 100€ deposit.

What makes this place special?

🛏️ The room:
A small, storybook-like room featuring a ceiling-mounted bed, a desk, and a storage shelf. The room faces a quiet yard on the south side, so you don’t hear the street.

🏡 The flat:
There is a spacious, shared living room with cozy chill corners, a shared office space that you can also use to work in, and a shared balcony on which smoking is allowed.
There are two toilets and a large bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub 🫧

🤝 The community:
We prioritize BIPOC, TINA folks and offer a warm and cozy space where we enjoy shared food, shared creative energy and building meaningful connections when we are home, while retreating and taking alone time is also always welcome.
If you like you can take part in sharing vegan/vegetarian food together.

Located a 5-min walk away from U7 Rathaus Neukölln on the lively streets of beautiful Sonnenallee. Everything you need is just around the corner!

🪜 Accessibility Info:
The flat is on the second floor without an elevator, and the bed in the room is reachable via a ladder.
Regarding Covid, we agreed to test when having cold symptoms or risk contacts, and being transparent with each other about it.
We don’t smoke indoors
