The apartment is 62 m² and will be available for temporary sublet until March 31, 2025, with the possibility of extending until mid-April 2025.
This lovely apartment is perfect for a respectful individual or a couple who will treat the space as their own. It would be wonderful to have someone who enjoys taking care of a few plants :)
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, making it ideal for anyone who loves to cook. The bright rooms feature generous windows that fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. In the living room, there is plenty of space to relax on the couch, and a desk is available for easy remote work.
