short term sublet flat OR room in sweet flat in Neukölln

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

My flatmate is gone from 13.1-2.3 and I‘m gone from 13.2-9.2. therefore we sublet both our rooms pr the whole flat.
We are open to single persons, 2-3 friends or couples. POC and LGBTQIA are welcome of course.

You can either:
- sublet the whole flat for the period of 13.1-9.2 (shorter period possible) for 1250€
- sublet the big room (22qm) from 13.1-2.3 for 700€/month
- sublet the small room from 13.1-9.2 for 550€
- sublet the whole flat and then stay in the big room and share the flat with me for the last 4 weeks.

We are looking for a nice, responsible person(s) and want you to feel home. If youre here for holidays or need a place before finding something long term.. anything is fine.
It is not a Party flat and we care about the space. The most important for us is the vibe. So feel free to tell us a bit about you and why you need the space :)
