The apartment is extremely spacious and comes with a large kitchen, bedroom and big living room. There is one double sized bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room that can sleep 2 people. The washroom has a bathtub. You will have a washing machine and dishwasher for your convinience. There is also a small balcony for fresh air and winter sun! All the rooms in the apartment have large windows which makes the space bright and lively even in the winter.
The apartment is an altbau but is very well maintained and has a lot of character and charm. Perfect for a short stay in the area.
The apartment is in the perfect intersection between Neukolln and Kreuzberg. It is a 5 min walk from the Hermannplatz U-Bahn station which is well connected to the rest of the city by the U7 and U8 line. There are many grocery stores, bars, cafes and restaurants in walking distance.
All we ask is that you treat the house with care and respect ensuring the furniture and our belongings are maintained as we leave them.
