I’m subletting my fully furnished 2-room apartment in Berlin-Neukölln for one month. The apartment is in a quiet area but still well-connected. It’s about 10-15 minutes walking to S-Bahn Sonnenallee, 25 minutes walking to U-Bahn Hermannstraße, and only 4-5min to M41 and 1min to 171 bus stop. Around the neighborhood, you’ll find supermarkets like Rewe and Lidl, plus a variety of restaurants, bars, and several Spätis. The canal is also nearby for lovely walks.

The apartment includes:

Bedroom: A 140x200 cm bed with a hard mattress, an electric height-adjustable desk, a desktop, keyboard, mouse and even a treadmill – perfect for working from home.

Living Room: Spacious with two sofas, one of which is also a sleeper sofa, and a TV.

Kitchen: Small but fully equipped (no dishwasher). You’re welcome to use the kitchen essentials.

Bathroom: Small but functional, with a bathtub.

Corridor: Space for shoes and a washing machine.

Balcony: A large, cozy balcony – even in winter, it’s a nice touch.


The apartment has Wi-Fi, electricity, and all utilities included in the rent. I’ll ensure it’s clean before I leave and kindly ask that you return it in the same condition (either cleaned by you or professionally cleaned).

A small request: I have some plants that need watering, and I’ll leave instructions for care. This is a quiet apartment, so no big parties, please. The neighbors are friendly, but the area is generally peaceful.
