Vermiete meine kleine gemütliche 2 Zimmer Altbauwohnung in Neukölln, erstmal für 3 Monate, eventuell längerfristig.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss/Hinterhaus, ist also nicht besonders hell, aber sehr ruhig und hat Direktzugang zu einem kleinen Garten/Hof.
Sie ist möbliert mit einem Hochbett, Matratze und Regal im Schlafzimmer. Einer Couch, Sessel, kleinem Tisch, Regal im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche hat einen kleinen Tischgeschirrspüler.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne!
Es ist auch noch Platz für weitere Möbel und falls es zu einer längeren Miete kommt, könnte ich auch noch mehr Platz machen.

I am subletting my cute little appartment in Neukölln for at least 3 months, potentially long term.
It is located on the ground floor and therefore not very bright but very quiet and with direct access to a little garden/courtyard.
It is furnished with a loft bed and shelf in the bedroom and couch, table, and shelves in the living room. The kitchen has basic equipment and a small dishwasher. The bathroom has a tub!
Die Lage im schönen Schillerkiez ist super. Es gibt zahlreiche nette Cafes, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Supermärkte und andere Läden des täglichen Bedarfs gibt es auch genug. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist trotz der belebten Gegend sehr ruhig.
Man braucht keine fünf Minuten zur U8 (Boddinstr oder Leinestr), ist also schnell in Kreuzberg, Mitte und Wedding.

The location in the heart of schillerkiez is great! There are tons of cafes, bars and restaurants around and Tempelhofer Feld is a five minute walk away. As is the U8 subway, so you can be in Kreuzberg or Mitte in 10-15 minutes.
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (inkl Strom) außer Internet. Das müsstest du dir selbst organisieren.
Eine Anmeldung ist erstmal nicht möglich, würde aber gehen falls es zu einer längerfristigen Vermietung kommt.
